In these challenging times, nearshoring<\/em> is a real global mega-trend. Mexico is well placed (because of its proximity to the world\u2019s largest market, its skilled labor force, a sophisticated manufacturing base, etc) to benefit from many of those companies looking to nearshore or to relocate their operations closer to their main destination markets, particularly to the U.S. and the Canada and Mexico itself, the second largest market in Latin America.<\/p>\n
