NOÉ ELIZONDO BUENFIL – SENIOR ADVISOR
A career diplomat for more than 25 years, Noé Elizondo Buenfil served at the Mexican Embassies in Canada, Switzerland and Korea, as well as at the Mexican Consulate in Shanghai, China.
He was Regional Director of Export Development Canada (EDC) in Monterrey.
Noé holds a degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and a master's degree in engineering in technology management and an MBA, both from the University of Ottawa. He is a graduate of the Matías Romero Institute of Diplomatic Studies of the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Noé was President of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF) Monterrey Group and is President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Monterrey.
Currently, Noé is an entrepreneur and investor in financial markets and joined VESTIGA as Senior Advisor in 2017. He is widely known in the Monterrey and Mexico City business communities and frequently lectures on Canada's economy and culture and its relationship with Mexico.
